I can't send proposal to client again, can anyone help?

Whenever I want to send proposal pop up message we show up that am out of connect

Thank you for confirming the error message. In this case, you will need to add Connects before you send proposals. Connects cost $0.15 (USD) each and are sold in bundles of 10, 20, 40, 60, and 80. To purchase additional Connects, go to Settings > Select Memberships & Connect > Click Add More Connects. Additionally, you receive ten free Connects every month at the beginning of your billing cycle. We will send you a notification in Upwork (notification bell) and an email when you earn free Connects.
