withdrawn payment not showing up in my payoneer account

hi..

i have withdrawn money to my payoneer account but its not showing up.. its been 4 days.. i think.. i have attached the file of pdf in comfirmation email.. its withdrawn from upwork.. no idea where it went.. is there a way to roll back the transaction?

If the funds are still not available to your account after 8 business days, please let us know so that our team can initiate a trace for you. You can also confirm with Payoneer if they can also check this for you from their end. Thank you!
