Hello, 

I'm unable to hire someone for a job due to this error, your financial account bobby Akuma has been suspended due to issues with payments methods on files. 

I don't have any outstanding balance, I have added an additional method of payment but still, I can't hire. 

Can someone help me with this, thank you in advance.
