Starting on March 28, a small percentage of visitors browsing the Find Talent pages will see visuals and a brief description of what they can expect if they hire on Upwork. The aim of this four-week test is to guide visitors on how to navigate their hiring needs on the platform.
In the current experience, visitors scroll through rows of freelancers before seeing the section How it Works at the bottom of the page. Now, some visitors will see one row of freelancers above straightforward content with visuals that showcase how Upwork works.
Visitors can continue scrolling to see more freelancers and read a detailed description of best hiring practices on Upwork at the bottom of the page.
