TOS Update: Fee and ACH Authorization Agreement

Today, Monday, February 6, we updated our Fee and ACH authorization agreement to align with our current offerings, which no longer include Legacy Client Membership plans. We stopped supporting this offering at the end of last year.  


Within this update, we removed mention of Legacy Client Membership plans [Section 3.1.1 Legacy client membership plans, membership fees, and automatic membership renewals] and added information about our optional premium services for clients [Section 3]. 


This update does not impact existing agreements or change existing user fees.
