Applying for API key

I can't apply/request for Upwork API keys via https://www.upwork.com/services/api/apply

I always says "link has expired".

I just opened the link on my end and everything is working as designed. Could you try to log in via another browser and send your API request? Thank you.

Hi Goran, do I need to be a "client" if I want to apply for an API key? I'm just a freelancer.

Anyway, here's the page I'm getting.
