Did my API Request go through?

Hi - I submitted a request for an API key. I received keys when I was applying, but I think it says they are both disabled until approved. I can't tell if my API activation request has gone through, as I got no email, confirmation, and don't see the request in my Upwork account. Did I do something wrong? Is the request supposed to disappear after you click 'Submit'? How long does approval take?

Hi - thank you. It seems my request did go through, and the API Key is
sitting in my disabled keys list (has not been approved). Appreciate if
someone could approve my request and activate the key.
