Help with WooCommerce snippets

Hello people,

I need a WooCommerce specialist or developper good with WooCommerce snippets.
I am stuck with implementing WooCommerce snippets to finish a website for my client. I need to set up:
- a minimum order amount per delivery type (delivery or pick up/collection)
- also add a delay per type of delivery snippet or widget (for example 'Preparation time: 45mn in delivery or 35mn in pick up').

Can anybody help me out with these two snippets and tell me how long it would take?
