Have you tried contacting Upwork's support team? You can reach out to them via phone or chat. I would suggest having screenshots that would help identify what it is that you need support with before contacting them to make the investigation flow smoothly.
If you people are working in a Company, then you may have a number of machines. So you can have multiple Profiles on Upwork.
Go to the settings of your Profile, and Establish an Agency over there. Add all your Members to the newly created Agency. In this way, you can turn on the Hour Calculating Tool [Hourly based Jobs] from multiple machines.
