My Upwork Time Tracker cannot be logged - "An unknown error has occurred"

Hi,

I used my Upwork app in Mac months ago but today after reinstall the new version I cannot use it totally. The error is “An unknown error has occurred.”

I have tried all the instructions from other topics to fix it. But all of them do not work. Can anyone help me?
