No response from a proposal

I was working on the below proposal

I almost done with this work and asked few queries, not received any response and looks like this project has been closed.

I have not received any payment for the effort I put on this project.

Could you please help me on this.

I checked and it seems that you were never hired for the project you are referring to. It's important to note that you should never start working without an active contract, which would show on your My Jobs page.
