I've been having this error message for months now. Tried everything, from uninstalling/reinstalling (different versions) to setting weekly limits and all other "suggestions" from your technical team. NONE of them works! This issue occurs almost every day and it affects my reliability. Your tech team seems like they don't what they're doing and just suggesting random things just to get my email off from their queue. It took them long enough (days or even weeks) to respond back! Check this ticket as I have been following this up since August 17 (#21747384)
I hope I can get the right resolution for this issue.
