1099k was filed by Upwork to the wrong state. How do I get that form amended for 2021?

Hello,

I received a letter from California about unpaid state taxes regarding Upworks 1099k. I have not lived in California since 2017, and my business is also located in NC. That is where I paid my 1099k income taxes in 2021. Upwork won't let me download the 2021 1099k form. Who and how do I contact someone at Upwork to help me resolve this issue? The state of CA also wants the 1099k but I don't have access to it.

Any help or insight in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
