2 days have past and no reply from customer support

My account is suspended, I had made the ticket 6 days ago. on the last reply the customer support person "Chris" asked me to do something which i had done right away and told him. now I am waiting for over 48 hrs, its the 3rd day now and he is not replying to me or doing what he was supposed to do 

 

can any moderator help me on this, please?

Follow up on your actual ticket. Creating other tickets will only slow things down.

ok Annie i am waiting 

it's been 3 days now, more than 72 hrs since the last reply.

How long i have to wait for more?
