2 withdrawals are being done on my withdrawal day instead of 1 causing extra fees having to be paid

Hi there, 

Usually on my scheduled withdrawal day there is only 1 withdrawal done for the balance on my account and of course I am charged the applicable withdrawal fee. 

Last 2 payments have been done in 2 withdrawals causing me to pay a second withdrawal fee - instead of paying only 1. Not sure why it is withdrawing my payments in 2 instead of 1. 

Any help is appreciated.
