2021 Upwork Client Bonus/Salary Unpaid

Can someone help.me regarding my unpaid bonus which supposed to be my salary.  Upwork paused my clients contract. However its been 2 years and still no update. 

My upwork tracker is not open since I am hired by my client  from upwork directly. 

Iam waiting for the help regarding this since 2021 but I havent receive any response. 

I am currently admitted to the hospital and badly need this money, afterall I worked for this.
