I'am having a big problem with one freelancer. I told her I was going to end our contract because her work wasn't good, and then she went ahead and deleted all my Amazon listings. It's causing chaos because my products are already on their way from China with specific codes.
Now I have to change stickers on hundreds of products, which is a nightmare.
She had access to my Amazon account, but I can't believe she'd do something like this. It's seriously messed up and makes me question working with freelancers at all. Nobody should be able to mess things up like this.
I'm still shocked that she did it. It makes me think this kind of thing might be more common, and Upwork won't do anything about it.
Who had similar issue, and what do you recommend? thanks

Upwork holds no responsibility for the quality of the freelancer's job or their behavior. You still can report her to Customer Service and provide evidence, asking to ban her (if there are enough pieces of evidence). Sorry, this happens to you.
