About Upwork refunds.

Hello, I paid my freelancer, but then we canceled the contract, but the payment has not been refunded to me for 5 days.

The payment was made from our company's wise account, there was no problem when withdrawing the payment but the refund has not materialized. Can someone please tell me how I can get it, the money is still in escrow.

Are you sure that contract was closed? Escrow refunding asap with original payment method. Then up to 5 days to receive.

Yep, it is closed. I see it marked as refunded.

Thats strange is escrow still there, it must be on the way already.

Maybe you need to open support ticket if it won't move soon.

Thank you for your message. I see that you are referring to the refund initiated on April 7th, 2023. Please note that a refund initiated directly to your billing method will take 3-5 business days. Check out this help page for more information.
