About connects

I sent a proposal for 1 job and got an order from a client. but not get any connects. why does this happen?

Thank you for your message. I checked and I see that the client sent a direct offer for the said job in your post. This job is not eligible for free Connects as Connects are offered for responding to the client's interview messages and not to the direct offer.
