Account Disable When I added new payment method

Hi,

 

My account was disabled a few days ago when I added a credit card. I've tried to contact customer support but I've been told that they will take weeks and months to resolve issues sometimes. Customer support seems non existent on this platform.

I want to pay a freelancer but it's impossible and my account has been disabled for 6 days now. Really need help on this one.

No more ways, you need to reach someone from Upwork team. Maybe some moderator here can hurry up it, but no guaranteed.
