Account Recovery

I forgot my email address and username. I wanted to change my profile but I couldn't. Currently, I am talking to one of the freelancers and don't want to miss any communication. I would appreciate it if you can let me know the email address and username. As I couldn't access my old account, I created another new account and while talking to a representative, that account also got blocked. I don't know what to do now. Every time I talk to a representative, a ticket gets issued and I get emailed later but the problem I face is I can't respond back to that email. I also tried calling the main office and left a voice message but no reply as yet.  I need this issue solved since it is really important to me.
