Account Suspended

Please resolve my issue !!
I am not able to submit proposals as it says "you can't submit a proposal because your account is suspended.".
However, when I submitted an appeal to unsuspend my account they responded that my account is not suspended. Please resolve my issue.
I'm not getting a proper support on this. I've been only asked to clear cache & cookies & I've tried it several times but doesn't work. Also, the same issue persists on mobile app. There must be a technical issue then. Please investigate this matter.

Hi Hassaan,

 

If the action buttons that you usually use are grayed out, the Trust & Safety team may have suspended your account. In that case, you will have received a support ticket with an email notification about the action on your account. Please refer to your ticket on this page and reply to the email if you have any questions for the team.

Hi team! My deleted account was **Edited for Community Guidelines** and the new one is Google-linked, **Edited for Community Guidelines**. I just tried to create a new one since I cannot seem to reach anyone from Upwork to discuss my appeal. And in the Community page, I've read it is not allowed to maintain 2 accounts hence the deletion of the old account. What should I do?

Hi, I am writing to seek assistance with a matter of utmost importance. Approximately one month ago, my Upwork account was suspended. I initially reached out to Upwork support to address this issue, and they promptly acknowledged my request. However, their responses abruptly ceased, leaving me in a state of uncertainty. I have been an active Upwork member for the past two years, investing considerable time and effort to secure my first project, which took nearly a year and a half. Just as I started to build a successful presence on the platform, my account was suspended. This situation has caused me significant distress, and I am earnestly seeking a swift resolution to restore my account to good standing. I recently ran into the same problem as you when my Upwork account was suspended or locked due to a reset security issue. First of all, I have submitted to reset my security information, and the Upwork support team will review my request within 48 hours, contact me and take follow-up measures. When I emailed the Upwork support team again in the last 58 hours, they said I wanted to assure me that the Upwork team members would be available to help me soon, and so far I have not received any response or updates about handling my request. This is beyond the 48-hour time frame mentioned earlier. I have been hoping to resolve it as soon as possible in order to regain access to my account. I didn't expect resetting security issues to be so challenging. It has been 8 days since I encountered some problems while accessing my account and it has not been resolved. All registered accounts come to the community to ask for help, I think this is not an individual, but a common situation.

Respected Upwork Community,
My friend with the account **Edited for Community Guidelines** is completely locked out of Upwork as his account has got suspended. But he hasn't received any mail regarding the suspension. When he tried to raise a appeal from the article. He received a mail that said the account doesn't exist or is (not suspended). He atleast deserves to know the reason of suspension and raise an appeal as he hasn't violated the policies intentionally.
I hope this post can get some help to him.

I had an upwork account but due to my school email closing google account, I couldn't log into upwork anymore. I emailed support, and they gave me temporary access without google login, and I changed the email address to one of my business email address. When I changed the email address, I was still not able to login and when I contacted support again, they suspended my account and is not getting back to me right now. I have open contracts for my business and I NEED to get in contact with the freelancers. Someone please help so that I can get my account back.....

By the way, this is a new account that I had to make because Upwork LITERALLY won't reply to my emails even though they cliam to have 24 hour support!!!!

How can someone actually contact support without creating a dispute first?  

 

I have a serve issue and I would like to discuss with support before opening a dispute.  I don't see why we would have to create a dispute first.

 

I was told I am some platinum member having spent 6 figures on this platform, and even then... i cannot find a way to contact support? brutal.

 

Can someone please let me know what I a missing?

My account seems to be suspended. There's a banner message saying that some of my financial transations are limited because of a failed payment - but when I try to look through the records, it seems that everything has been paid and there's no outstanding balance. The forum posts don't seem to be able to help me with my specific situation and it seems like I'd sooner be able to get in touch with the POTUS than anyone from Upwork.......Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
