Account Suspended

Please resolve my issue !!
I am not able to submit proposals as it says "you can't submit a proposal because your account is suspended.".
However, when I submitted an appeal to unsuspend my account they responded that my account is not suspended. Please resolve my issue.
I'm not getting a proper support on this. I've been only asked to clear cache & cookies & I've tried it several times but doesn't work. Also, the same issue persists on mobile app. There must be a technical issue then. Please investigate this matter.

Hi Hassaan,

 

If the action buttons that you usually use are grayed out, the Trust & Safety team may have suspended your account. In that case, you will have received a support ticket with an email notification about the action on your account. Please refer to your ticket on this page and reply to the email if you have any questions for the team.

Hi

I don't know why my account has gone on hold.

Upwork support team hasn't given me any clear reason.

They said they have noticed some irregular activity on my account.

I checked my communication in upwork but I can't find the reason.

Please let me know the correct reason.

I tried to change my settings on my account and it asked for a security question but I'd forgotten it. After requesting to reset the security question, there were delays in getting the reset emails and after too many reset requests I had to fill in a form to send to Upwork support. The form had some questions I couldn't remember because I hadnt used Upwork for a long time. Because of this my account got suspended and I was still in the middle of a project with a client. It was suspended with no warning and I can imagine the client was left confused. This is unproffessional and it's ruining the professional relationship I had with the client. It seems like I'm being punished because I forgot my password. There should be a better way of handling such things. A ticket was created regarding the issue however because my account was suspended, I can't even access the ticket it just sends me to a page that says that the ticket doesn't exist anymore. I'm stuck on what to because I dedicated myself to working on the project and now I can't even access the account and Upwork doesnt respond. The Upwork support is so poor and they rely so heavily on bots and automated responses. I just want to speak to a human to deal with this promptly. A few months ago Upwork had live support where you can speak to a human and have your queries dealt with. Now there is no escaping the bots and theres no luck getting a human response. Its so frustrating and makes no sense why a company like Upwork who deals with people's money and businesses would leave their users to be attended to by bots. And its even more bizzare how the cost of using Upwork has increased but the quality of service is getting worse. Right now I had to open a new account just so I can post this on the forum hoping someone who works at Upwork will see it.

My account is registered under the email address **Edited for Community Guidelines**, and it seems to have been suspended. I submitted an appeal using the same email address and received a response stating that my account is not suspended and is currently active.

 

However, despite this, I am unable to log in to my account.

I am in urgent need of assistance to resolve this matter and regain access to my Upwork account. I rely on Upwork for my freelance work, and this situation is causing significant disruption to my professional activities.

 

I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and provide guidance on how I can regain access to my account. Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.

I am furious. I have used Upwork for years without a rpoblem. Now theyre saying my payment method failed & that I'm locked out of my account - however, my payment method is working for other charges (and I called my bank to confirm). Moreover, it's clearly a bug because it won't allow me to upload a payment method. And there's no one I can contact.

We're on the brink of closing our Upwork account, but we're reluctant to sever ties with the freelancers we've built relationships with.

Despite being Upwork members for over two years, we're currently facing a sudden issue where Upwork is rejecting every payment method we attempt to input. Our account has been suspended, and despite our attempts to reach out to support (which appears to be non-responsive), the automated chat-bot consistently directs us to a generic payment update page that proves ineffective.

If this issue isn't resolved within the next two days, we are seriously considering deactivating our account and transitioning to another platform since we're currently unable to hire anyone through Upwork.

Hello

i am Writing this maasage as a person help, he is very upset and he asked me for help him.

My Colleague was working on upwork from last 10-12 years for some reasom his account was suspended almost a year ago but his active contract was fine and upwork told him he can't bid on new contracts but he can work with current clients. so he was still working and his mistake was he didn't withdraw his money from his upwork account because he was saving money for his home, now after a year when he save almost $13k for buy a home and he try to withdraw money from upwork the work asked him his account is suspended and he can't withdraw any money. he open case but upwork not replying him, he can't use comunity because upwork not allowed hi.

now he is crying and ask for help him for withdraw his money from upwork which he earned from client. evern his account is suspended upwork need to release his payment

I'm sorry to hear about what happened. We won't be able to discuss the status of another user's account for privacy and security reasons. However, rest assured that decisions to suspend a user's account are not taken lightly and without thoroughly investigating for TOS violations.

Can anyone help. I am part of an agency and one of our account is suspended "**Edited for Community Guidelines**" it say that it was suspended due to use of Auto Clicker. We are not using Auto Clicker. The agent is making calls, so while the agent is waiting for a call, the agent keeps on clicking some keys on the key board so that the tracker wont tag as idle.

I am getting this error (SS attached) in my upwork account and have filed for suspension appeal 3-4 times but the status against the appeal get solved after some time but my account remains suspended. How can I resolve this. Lastly I can't retrieve my account full information cause upwork closed my account some time ago for some unknown reasons  after they reopened my account i can't see my earnings my top freelancer badge my client's feedback nothing at all. However they asked me some questions to fully retrieved the info I provided them with all of the information (via-email) but still there is no information being dispayed on my profile. How can I reactivate my account and get all the information back ?
