Account Suspended

Please resolve my issue !!
I am not able to submit proposals as it says "you can't submit a proposal because your account is suspended.".
However, when I submitted an appeal to unsuspend my account they responded that my account is not suspended. Please resolve my issue.
I'm not getting a proper support on this. I've been only asked to clear cache & cookies & I've tried it several times but doesn't work. Also, the same issue persists on mobile app. There must be a technical issue then. Please investigate this matter.

Hi Hassaan,

 

If the action buttons that you usually use are grayed out, the Trust & Safety team may have suspended your account. In that case, you will have received a support ticket with an email notification about the action on your account. Please refer to your ticket on this page and reply to the email if you have any questions for the team.

the purchase button is disabled and even consultation button is disabled.

Not sure what is pending in my account details.

Please check why I get this message "you're not able to purchase with this account"

This is very confusing. I do not know how to complete the ID verification process.  I would like my suspension lifted please regarding boosting, since this is very demoralizing.

Since my work is detail orineted general clerical, I am having trouble finding work as a freelance novice to supplement my retirement income on a parttime basis. I would like my suspension lifted, since this is very demoralizing to me. I would like to avoid any misunderstandings based on my employment and work history listed in my profile.

Hello,

I see this warning on the top of my Agency screen all the time

"Financial transactions for your company have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support"

Plus, Every time i tried to submit a proposal, I get the warning of "Your access to Upwork has been restricted."

I'm not sure what's wrong with my account.. please advice

Hi Joanne,

Thank you for your response, Yes i have been requested id verification but  i don't have a supported ID type such as

  • Passport
  • Passport Service
  • Passport Diplomatic
  • Passport Emergency
  • Passport Alien

But i have a national id issued by goveremnt when i upload it i got "We had some trouble verifying your ID" error message, What should i do?

How do I get my account off of hold? This is what it says to me "Financial transactions for your company have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support." I already paid my freelancer over $400 and I am trying to pay him more but for some reason UpWork won't let me. So if we can please get my account off whatever it is so I can send this guy money and UpWork can get money too that would be great!!! Because right now it's not looking to good. Thank you, Lucas

How do I unsuspend my account and what Ticket do I respond to is it this one? Just really confused I get what happened with my account now but I just want to move forward with this VA on UpWork and I can't. So I get what happened won't happen again but I just need my account back.
