Account Suspended

Please resolve my issue !!
I am not able to submit proposals as it says "you can't submit a proposal because your account is suspended.".
However, when I submitted an appeal to unsuspend my account they responded that my account is not suspended. Please resolve my issue.
I'm not getting a proper support on this. I've been only asked to clear cache & cookies & I've tried it several times but doesn't work. Also, the same issue persists on mobile app. There must be a technical issue then. Please investigate this matter.

Hi Hassaan,

 

If the action buttons that you usually use are grayed out, the Trust & Safety team may have suspended your account. In that case, you will have received a support ticket with an email notification about the action on your account. Please refer to your ticket on this page and reply to the email if you have any questions for the team.

**Edited for Community Guidelines**I reactivated an old account but I am not able to bid on any jobs as I get a suspension message. When I filed an apeal I got a reply that my account is not suspended.

I am confused, what should I do?

It's most probably a bug. Give it a few hours.

Hi Arash,

 

I took a closer look at your account and confirmed that it has been successfully restored. There are also no restrictions, so this should not be the case. Could you please try using a different browser or the incognito mode of the current one? You may also consider clearing your cache and cookies.

 

Let us know if the issue persists, and we'll look further into that for you.

Hello Upworkers,

While submitting Proposal i received a notification: 

That you can't submit a Proposal because your Account is Suspended.

While i haven't received any Email or Support Ticket?

Upon filling an Account Suspension form then i got a Reply that your account is not suspended.

What should i do?

I checked your account, but I did not see any limitations. Could you please try to clear your cache and cookies or use a different browser? If the issue persists, please let us know.

Hello!

For some reason my work account was blocked , my post has been removed, my account closed and my money has been taken on my account. I've had nothing but a painful experience with you guys and can't even talk to a real human!

I Want a full explanation why did you take those steps and also a refund !

I do not have a ticket number neither responded to anything regarding my refund ! Please share my ticket number here to I can see it. I need you to send me an email confirmation regarding my refund please ! 

Ben, the ticket that Pradeep refers to is linked to the account associated with the email address you shared, not the one you're using to contact us. Please refer to your email, as you received the message from the team there and have responded to it as well.

I am unable to initiate a confirmation email for the refund but I can confirm that the refund is already processed on your account. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect on your card.

HI,

 

I am not sure why I cannot apply for any jobs the apply button is greyed out and I have enough connects.

 

I try to get some support and that is hard to do. Just need some help on what the issue is without speaking to a robot that keeps repeating the same useless responses over again.

My proposals have gone after a suspension for "mistake" Because i tried to buy connects with a debit card, and i got a refuse and, after that, got suspension. All proposals are gone and my connects that i sent, too.

Hi,

 
I created my first upwork account 1 week ago and posted a job. In the process of talking with people, one day I saw a highlighted message at the top of the page saying “Action requried: Your account has been restricted until you complete Identify Verification. Get started.” I then uploaded my ID of my country and completed the facial recognition according to the requirement. After one week's wait, today I found “We have permanently blocked your account", without knowing the reason. I'm not even allowed to create new posts on the forum, so I created this new account to ask for help. 
 
How could I talk with an Upwork agent to explain the situation and solve the issue?
