Please resolve my issue !!
I am not able to submit proposals as it says "you can't submit a proposal because your account is suspended.".
However, when I submitted an appeal to unsuspend my account they responded that my account is not suspended. Please resolve my issue.
I'm not getting a proper support on this. I've been only asked to clear cache & cookies & I've tried it several times but doesn't work. Also, the same issue persists on mobile app. There must be a technical issue then. Please investigate this matter.

Hi Hassaan,
If the action buttons that you usually use are grayed out, the Trust & Safety team may have suspended your account. In that case, you will have received a support ticket with an email notification about the action on your account. Please refer to your ticket on this page and reply to the email if you have any questions for the team.

Hi, I'm posting here on behalf of my friend cause she can't sign into her account. Her email is **Edited for Community Guidelines**
I've been on upwork since 2014, earned 100k+, have been top rated and have passed multiple verification checks. Today, I got an email saying that my account has been put on hold for so called 'irregular activity' and asking me to verify my identity. It also contained a link to a support ticket. But I can't open the ticket, can't even log into my account, instead I get a message 'Your account has been closed. Please contact customer support if you would like to reopen your account.'
I currently have two active jobs with funded milestones and I can't even contact my customers. The only irregular activity I can think of is using vpn service (I have veePN extension in my browser) but as far as I know vpn usage is not prohibited. What to make of it?

Thanks, but it didn't work. The bot told her to appeal an account suspension, she did it and received an email that the account either doesn’t exist or is still active (not suspended). I'm attaching her screenshots.

Could you provide further assistance? Support keeps asking her to verify her identity by following a secure link but when she clicks on the link it redirects her to login screen and she can't log in.

This query is my friend, please helfout to find the solution.
His account is suspended due to residency verificatin, he has submitted his ID and bank statement, after that he received an email that is ID has been verified, but account is still on hold. Ticket by Upwrok team is open but no response from last 7 days. His ticket no. is ID#45326297. He is worried about his account that is more than 3 years old and top rated on Upwork. The most important, his previous clinets are contact with him for more projects but unable to see his profile. Your prompt and quick response will be highly appriciated.

One of our team members will respond to the request as soon as possible. I won't be able to discuss further about other user's accounts for privacy and security reasons but I recommend the account owner to continue communicating via the same support ticket to check the status of their account.

I am unable to access my account and have had to create a new account, as it seems to be the only way to seek assistance. My account was blocked due to my previous residence in Russia; however, since 2022, I have been living in India.
Whenever I attempt to log into my account, I receive a notification stating that the account is blocked. I tried submitting a form for assistance, but received an automated reply stating:
"However, the account you submitted it for either doesn't exist or is still active (not suspended)."
I am at a loss on how to proceed with resolving this issue. I am aware that creating a second account is against the rules, but I found no alternative means to get in touch.
I am earnestly hoping for your assistance. Thank you.
