I previously sent an email requesting to update my surname from my maiden name to my married name but received no response.
I also reached out through social media platforms but still have not heard back.
Please note that my account was not suspended, nor did I request reinstatement. I have always adhered to Upwork's guidelines and have never violated any rules.
My sole intention was to update my account with my current surname. Instead, I was met with an email that my account has been permanently blocked, without a review of document or response to my email.
This action is not only unjust and inhumane but also fundamentally inequitable.
I kindly request that you review this situation and provide a resolution that reinstates my account, allowing me to proceed with the name change.
