Account review

My account has been under review for more than a week now even though when I first submitted it, it said that it takes 24-48 hours to get reviewed, so I wonder if something went wrong or if there are any follow up steps that I need to take to speed up the process?

Thank you for your message. I see that your account is active and has no limitations. Could you please try reloading your page or logging out and then logging back in?

I did, but I haven't received any emails that the account was approved, I also haven't received any free connects when I signed up and for some reason I can't find the option of purchasing them from the membership and connects section.
