Account suspended because mistake make not out of malice.

Good day!

I am here with next sad situation.
Few years ago my fiancee start work on Upwork and was successful. At the same time we got married and she took my last name( this is how it is here, in Ukraine). She decide change last name on Upwork and in progress something went wrong and her account was temporary suspended and she was rejected from last name change (why Upwork do that I don't know). She had all documents and ID with new last name and was ready to confirm new last name.
Since it was her first situation with suspending , she got confused in the situation and could not then find the right solution, which is why she made a mistake. Somebody in our local freelancer forum say "just create new account with new last name" - unfortunately I was not near to to discuss this decision.
Because of this she receive permanent suspending. But she not want to do anything evil, she just want change last name after weddings and keep work with her lovely profession.
We asked to forgive her but Upwork keep silence so she have no choice to leave.
In this past few years she has become a real professional with hundreds of regular clients, and even teaches people her skills.
My wife and I are Ukrainians, and now we are refugees. Because of Russian war we are must leave our home.
And unfortunately her main clients were people from Russia. My wife lost almost all her clients - they just don't want work with her more because she is Ukrainian!!! They say exactly that! Rest of the client can't pay because bank sanctions.
And the only one way for her keep work and earn money to live is Upwork.
Please! forgive her and deblock her account - she wants to work honestly and will never violate any rules!
I can provide her work instagram account to You can make sure she is real person with a lot of clients and completed work.
Please forgive her for the mistake she made not out of malice.
I sincerely hope for your kindness and understanding. Please help my family survive.

Thank You for quick reply. My wife already send message to Uwork instagram and facebook account with link on this forum topic.
I opened this topic on her behalf becouse her account not have acces to any function on upwork (more precisely create topic, send messages).

We receive answer from upwork - unfortunately upwork will not help us and leave account of my wife blocked for OLD mistake make not out of malice.
Upwork my wife is an honest and hardworking person who has a talent for her work and she can bring a lot of work and money for your marketplace.
Even criminals are given a second chance to reform and a chance to start from scratch.
I am very sad, my wife as a part of my family without home in war and without way to honestly work.
I hope this politic will change someday as the same war will end someday.

P.S. Upwork blacklisted my wife in instagram like some criminal person ...  People, organisations, goverments arount a world try to help Ukrainian people who suffer from war but not upwork. 

I am extremely sad.
