Account suspended for a freelancer and verification link does not work

One of my collagues had his newly created profile suspended for no reason. Then during verification process id was successfully uploaded and accepted but he is unable to upload the finincial document because the verfication link does not work. He created the ticket to resolve the issue but it has been 6 days but no one is fixing the issue. Whom should he contact.
