Account suspended

A friend of mine has his account suspended and can't reach out to support. How does he go about it?

Your friend should be able to contact us via our different support channels, including social media messages, so we can assist them. Please have them check their email as well. Most likely, he should have had an email from our team on the day he was suspended. Please know that we won't be able to discuss any details of your friend's account with you because of privacy reasons.
