Account suspension

 Hello, my account was suspended due to my Russian residency. I just moved and would like to get the access back. However, I face a number of problems.

 * After applying to appeal I immediately get an automatic email back saying that this account is not found in the databases or it is already active (and the email is correct, I do have all emails from upwork on this email)

 * I can not log in because it says that my account was suspended, so I can not create a request. 
 * I can not talk to a real person in the chat, the bot keeps asking me to appeal and nothing else. 
 * All phone numbers I could find did not work

 * I had to create a temporary (this one) account just to get help from ANYONE REAL, but still have hard time to create a request. 
  This forum I think is my last chance to get help. Thank you.
