Hello,
I activated Agency Plus exactly a month ago and purchased 90 connects. I have also setup payment system so I assumed I will be charged 20$ per billing cycle. However as of today on logging in I found that my plan is Agency Basic. So do I have to make payment manually every billing cycle ? Shouldn't my membership remain Agency Plus since activation ? Or did I miss something and hence my membership was downgraded ? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
