I have created an agency and paid for the plus membership just so I could try it out and see if I want to continue with it or not. Unfortunately I don't want to continue with the agency account and I want to submit for a refund. What are the procedures to do that? Also, I have bought 20 connects right after I paid for the membership, I don't care that much about them if they got lost but I added this info just in case it affects any of the refund policies or procedures.

I have the same issue as Abdurhman, I have created upwork agency account and came to know that it has no use for me. I want to revert it back and refund all my payment.
