I have created an agency and paid for the plus membership just so I could try it out and see if I want to continue with it or not. Unfortunately I don't want to continue with the agency account and I want to submit for a refund. What are the procedures to do that? Also, I have bought 20 connects right after I paid for the membership, I don't care that much about them if they got lost but I added this info just in case it affects any of the refund policies or procedures.

Thank you for your message. You can downgrade your membership by switching to your agency profile and going to Settings › Memberships & Connects page.
