Apology for Unintentional Policy Violation ( Information Sharing )

Dear Upwork Support Team.

I am writing to address a recent oversight regarding my compliance with Upwork’s policies.

During a conversation with a client, I inadvertently shared my email address before receiving a formal offer.

Of course, the client asked me because he have to provide me project's data, not intented to chat outside of upwork.

I understand that this action contravenes Upwork’s Terms of Service, which clearly prohibit sharing personal contact information prior to an offer being made.

Upon receiving a notification about this issue, I promptly reviewed the relevant guidelines in the Upwork community. I assure you that this was not intentional, and I sincerely apologize for this lapse in judgment. I am committed to adhering to Upwork’s policies moving forward and ensuring that such an oversight does not occur again.

To address the situation, I am writing this support ticket. I will provide a detailed explanation of my actions and reaffirm my dedication to following Upwork’s guidelines in the future.

I hope this incident does not impact my standing with Upwork, and I appreciate your understanding and support.
I want the team ckeck up my current situation and hope it doesn't impact any thing for my standing with upwork in the furture.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
