App Notification

I would like to get an audible alert or vibration on my samsung s22 phone when I get a message in upwork client.  On my samsung phone when I go to app notifications to change the setting upwork is not appearing in my app list at all for setting notifications.  I certainly can see the emails that I get in messages and the little bell symbol gets a red dot.  What I would like if possible is for my phone to vibrate or bing with a sound when I get a message in upwork.  

Any ideaas?

Thanks for contacting us using our Community platform.

In order to accomplish your request, please go to Menu > Settings > App > Then look for Upwork Talent App > Notifications > and enable Show notification and select allow sound and vibration.

Thank you.  That does it for the desktop.  I see in the settings area that there are mobile and email settings which of course my phone does let me know when a new message comes in so I am now aware to look at these more closely.  Most apps have a notification setting, but I see in a sense I just setup my mobile phone and email to do the same thing in the upwork desktop settings area.  Thanks for your help.  It was helpful.

I'm having the EXACT same problem. I wanted to assign Upwork a special notification sound so I know when a client communication or interview request is received. When I go into Settings, Notifications and then Apps, Upwork is the only one not listed. I had already allowed notifications with sound and vibration when going directly from Settings into Apps (skipping Notifications), but will have to wait for someone to send me a message to see if it shows up. 

My question is, is there any way Upwork can be assigned a special notification sound like any other app on my phone? I can't understand why it's not listed with my other apps under the Notification tab.
