Assistance Required for Pending Milestone Approval

Dear Upwork Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I have been working with one of my clients, **Edited for Community Guidelines**, on Upwork since March 6th, and she has been very happy with the progress of the project. She has already accepted three of the project milestones.

However, it seems she may have forgotten to approve the last milestone, even though the work has been completed and delivered. I believe this is an oversight, as she has expressed satisfaction with the project overall.

Could you kindly assist in resolving this issue and help facilitate the approval of the final milestone?

Clients have 14 days to approve the milestone. Make sure the milestone was funded, and that you submitted the work with the "Submit for payment" button. If the client does not approve the milestone, it will automatically be approved on the 15th day, and go through a 5-day security period.
