I hope this message finds you well. I initially joined Upwork in 2021 as a Customer Service Agent but ceased activity due to academic commitments in product design. Having recently transitioned into a UI/UX Designer, I am keen on closing my original account to focus on this new professional direction.
Unfortunately, I encounter an issue accessing my old account: attempts to log in result in an "incorrect password" error, and password reset emails are not received, not even in the spam or junk folders. This predicament led me to establish a new account solely to report this concern.
I kindly request your assistance to resolve these access challenges and facilitate the closure of my previous account, ensuring I can fully utilize Upwork under my new professional capacity without hindrance.

Hi Upwork, it's been really hard to contact customer support from Upwork customer service.
I've tried asking for a request forgot password more than 12 times but never receive anything in my email. I've been looking up at the spam, trash, and inbox mail but still, there's nothing.
I tried contacting the support on the chatbox, but it seems like the robot doesn't help anything too. Since I cannot use my main account, I created a second account to type this issue. The email address associated to the Account that i got a problem login to is ( **Edited for Community Guidelines** Could you give any suggestions according to this issue? Thank you.
