Balance is not the same as the Contract

I completed 1 clients two contract 
The first one was $40 and the second one was $16 
Both contract completed and client paid the amount. Then i waited for 5 or 6 days but i got only $4 why ?

I also don't know why the first contract shows $5 fixed amount while the project was $40 ?

Both project completions has 1 day gap 1 project completed on may 22nd and the second one completed on 23rd may
