Being a Owner of agency i am non exclusive. How can i change it to exclusive member?

Hello,
I have created my Agency account from my freelancer account. Now i am the owner of agency account but i am not able to add new members in it? How can i do that? Its showing i am non exclusive member in agency regardless of being owner of agency.

Hi Shyam,

Thank you for your message. I see that you are subscribed to the Agency Basic plan. You will need to upgrade to the Agency Plus plan to change your profile to an Exclusive agency member.

Are you referring to adding agency members and how you can set their exclusivity? If you do, as the agency owner or admin you can add or remove agency members.
