Hello, my account got blocked and suspended because a client sent me a bonus which he threatened to report my account if i don't comply with his demands via zoom call. Upwork blocked my account and requested i submitted some ID documents which i did but my account is still blocked and suspended.please i have an open tickets which haven’t been resolved.

Can you please help me, Preadeep? I got blocked my first day on Upwork apparently because I included my email address in my iniitlal mesage to freelancers. I didn[t know that was a problem. If I'm unblocked, I won't do that again, Can you unblock me?

I just started with Upwork, was involved in productive and promissing chats with prospective freelancers, and then my account was suddenly blocked. The only reason I can think of is that I included my email address in my initial message to freelancers. I now know that emails apparently are not supposed to be given. I'm fine with that and won't give my email if my account is unblocked. Who do I write to to get it unblocked?

Hey there today i got so dishearted as my 5 year old Upwork account got blocked by given the reason that several bad reviews but what about the majority 5 star rating on my profile? Other than that the client who recently gave me bad review told me before the contract that videos will be around 12-15 mins but his episodes were of 1 hr in length and i still edited them without saying anything even does the free revisions but still he gave me bad review and you guys just blocked the account, I'm a solo bread earner and my account is my only asset, so for the 6 months where will i get the client from, plz be helpful and give respect to the 5 year old freelancer of your platform??

Yes I know but no one is approaching me, i can't just live without investing 100 of connects on submitting proposals on daily basis, it's been my routine for 4 years. Now this thing happened to me even the client is ready to talk to you guys as he mistakenly gave me bad review.

Hello, my brother account got blocked and suspended without notif in dashboard profile and email so he don't know why caused blocked/restricted, also when click to https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us its always redirect to dashboard page, can you solve this? https://www.upwork.com/users/~01a307e9366e25743e

Hello,

My account is blocked and I'm in the middle of an urgent project to complete. I'm a client hiring voice over artists and now I cannot contact anyone.

No one is helping me with this issue for the past week. I had another account and I had to delete it for the same reason. This is ridiculous.

Please help otherwise will have to go to Fivver!
