Bonus Refund

Hey, I have refunded the clients money which he paid me in bouns mistakenly amount paid was $2000 clinet requested a refund on it and I have refunded the money it's showing me on my transaction history but the client still dosen't see that refunded amount deposited in his bank balance the payment method he used was card and it's the only payment method he use and his payment method is still valid below is the attached copy of invoice for this transaction please help us with this issue of refund payment status.
