Branch and Bank code

Hi there the community, 

My payment got rejected today because my bank details were wrong apparently. 

I logged and now want to edit all so I can get paid. But I have an issue with updating my bank details. My local bank is in Indonesia. I have the swift and account number, all good and normally it's all I should need. But upwork is asking for the branch code and the bank code in digits only, which are for my bank (Bank Negara Indonesia) in letters..

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your branch code is an 8 or 11-digit code identifying your country, city, bank, and branch. It would be best to contact your local bank and ask for the code and advise them that you need it for incoming transfers from Upwork. You may check out this article for more information.
