CANNOT LOG IN DURING IDENTITY VERIFICATION

I scan the qr code given to me for the identity verification process and copy the link to a browser. When I log in, it stay on the browser and did not proceed to the next page. This only happen if I use the link provided for the Identity Verification process. This issue does'nt come out during log in through website or smartphone. I already clean my browser history, delete all the cookies but still I cannot log in during the identity verification process using the link from the qr code. I can log in normally but somehow I cannot log in using the qr code link that was purposely given for the identity verification process. Because of this, I still cannot finish the identity verification process.
