Can't accept a job offer due to an error message

Hi, 

 

I'm trying to accept a job offer but I am receiving the following error message:

"An error has occurred. Please try again later"

I have tried clearing my browser cache and cookies (Chrome) and also tried using another browser (Microsoft Edge) as well as from a different device (phone). Still getting the same error message on the following day.

I have also tried accepting the job offer directly from the Proposals section, not just using the link received in Messages.

Any advice on what could be the issue?

This has happened to me before and it turned out the client deleted the offer and just went m.i.a on me so I just ended up applying to another job instead.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I did clearing my chache and cookies, also try it on both mobile and PC but the error message still there

Hi Joanne. Thank you for responding. We tried what you asked, and unfortunately, my client is still receiving a "try again later" message when clicking the link to my project catalog, which is set to "visible," and my profile is set to "public."

Hi Raynalyn, 

I looked into this for you, and your client has an issue with their account, which is why you cannot accept the offer at this time. Once your client resolves their account issue, you should be able to accept the offer then.

I checked and it looks like the option to submit your proposal is available. Could you please try checking again using a different browser or after clearing your cache and cookies?
