Can't add time to last week's timesheet

Hi everyone!

Normally I add my time to last week's timesheet, early on Monday morning. This is something that upwork allows you to do, up to Monday at 12 nooon. (it is 9AM for me here)

Something seems to be broken today with Upwork because I am unable to move the dropdown field from January 29th to any other date, even when having last week selected.

I already put in a ticket, but I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

Hello. I need to be able to add time for last week as well, from 9/2 - 9/8. I am unable to access those dates in my timecard. Please help!

Hi Melissa,

 

That is by design. Since the billing period for last week has already closed, you won't be able to add time manually. You may discuss this with your client so they can issue you a bonus for the amount owed or manually add the time for this week's billing period. As a reminder, manual time doesn't qualify for Hourly Payment Protection, and it's always best to track your time using the Upwork Desktop App while working.
