Can't change my country to match my ID

I previously change my country to match my current location, but I don't have a valid identification here. So I just want to change it back so it matches my government ID, but the form doesn't work. 

It keep showing this error message in the country no matter what country I choose. I I inputted fake data in the location as example, so you can see the only issue is in the country.

I did that 3 times already, now it's back to where I started. Still can't change my country to match my document.
What do I do?

I checked with our verification team, who confirmed that you have not completed the location verification yet. Please log into your account and complete the verification process by clicking 'continue' as shown here

Hi Joanne
As I already mentioned before in my reply to you, I already tried to verify my document 3 times.
And as I already mentioned in my original post, the form for changing the country is not working. 
I need to change the country in my account, but the form is not letting me.

How do I contact the support of upwork?
Because this community forum post is useless if the issue is in the form, not on my side. There's nothing else I can do, I tried everything I'm able to do.

Could you please try in incognito mode and/or another browser? Additionally, you could try clearing your cache and cookies. If the issue persists, please share a screenshot showing the issue or error you are getting so I can check further.
