Can't change profile picture and overview section of my agency account

Hello,

I have created a new agency from my account. Most of the sections are reflecting my changes. However, when I try to upload a profile picture, it changes in settings and navigation pane but doesn't reflect in the agency profile page(it stays as the placeholder image). Also, when I edit the overview section, for some amount of time, it seems to be updated, however later on(10 to 60 mins later), the initial overview text replaces the edited version by itself. I tried clearing caches, and changing the browser or even the computer, however, nothing worked. Can you help me to resolve it?
