Can't click the "Resubmit" button

I've already resubmitted 4 times. I am currently trying to resubmit another version, but I cannot click the "Resubmit" button.

How can I resubmit another version?

Thank you for your message. If you are referring to submitting work for payment on the contract, please wait for the client to review your previous submissions and approve or request a revision.
