I'm posting from my work account, but my primary Upwork account is through my personal email, and suddenly, I can not access the account. I have always used email and password to log in, but now I am getting an error message to use Google SSO to access my account. When I try to use Google SSO, I get the error message that my account is not set up for Google login. So I'm stuck. And the chat support keeps going in circles and i cannot reach a human. I've tried clearing cookies and cache and resetting password but still Upwork directs me to us Google SSO and then when i try that says the account is not set up for Google SSO.
I have ongoing projects as a client, and I need access to my account as soon as possible. Also, as a long-time customer of Upwork, I'm shocked I cannot get in touch with a human anymore. It's really a terrible way to treat customers.
